VibeTrack is now live.

VibeTrack is an onboarding and scheduling tool designed for podcasters. It currently syncs with your Google Calendar, with more integrations to come.

Why VibeTrack?

Most scheduling tools make it easy to book an audio or video call with you, but not necessarily in-person meetings. What separates VibeTrack from other scheduling tools is the focus on in-person meetings (while still letting you accept audio and video calls as a location).

I built VibeTrack for myself to onboard guests for my new podcast since I prefer to do in-person meetings.

So VibeTrack is built with podcasters in mind, but really any role or profession that meets in person and is location-flexible can use it to book more in-person meetings. For example, therapists, coaches, financial advisors, fitness coaches, etc…

As a side note, Chat-GPT consistently selected this idea (an onboarding tool for podcasters) as the best idea out of 20–30 other business ideas I had (and I’m not that bad at business ideas!). I found this interesting since I was already leaning toward it anyway.

Strategy

First, I will see if there is interest from the podcasting community.

My guess is that some podcasters prefer to meet in person, yet find it difficult to schedule in-person meetings due to the extra back-and-forth required compared to an audio or video call.

I also have a lot of features in mind to help make conversations and podcasts better. For example:

  • Add tracks to your meeting (with custom, timed notifications before, during, and after your meeting), so that your conversations flow well and your guests have the right amount of context.
  • Collaborate with your guests and co-hosts before your meeting with an intuitive interface. For example, add potential conversation points, with the option to upvote or comment on them.
  • Use an AI helper to craft your tracks and assist with collaboration.
  • A database of podcasters and other interesting people/potential guests for your show.
  • A database of public and private places that are ideal for recording podcasts and/or videos.
  • AI helper to review your audio and video and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Curated content feed related to your podcast topic
  • A way to arrange meet-ups (for podcasts with bigger followings)

The main risk with targeting podcasters is that podcasting is not an easy business (based on reading the subreddit r/podcasting) so they may be hesitant to spend more money on tools.

If that’s true, then I’ll target one of the other professions and niches mentioned earlier, and build features that solve their problems instead.

And in the meantime, I’ll use VibeTrack to onboard guests for my podcast.

Conclusion

VibeTrack is a tool to help make in-person scheduling easier. It’s designed for podcasters but can be used by any professional that meets in person.

While current scheduling tools make it easy to schedule audio and video calls, they lack features to make in-person meetings easier.

Maybe that’s because many people would rather talk on the phone or do a video call than meet in person.

However, certain professions and services require meeting in person, and some people (like me) just prefer to meet in person. And that’s who VibeTrack is built for.

VibeTrack will be $12/month. You can try it free for 30 days and cancel anytime before. To get 50% off your first year, use promo code VIBE50 (valid for the first 100 customers only or until February 29th, whichever comes first).

Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback on VibeTrack and I’ll be happy to answer.
